Civil Mediation

The word civil covers a wide range of cases but usually involves litigation between two companies or parties for a monetary value. Neighborhood/community, landlord/tenant, boundary, contractual, and employee/employer disputes are just a few examples of mediations that fall under this category.
Usually, if one gear stops or stalls it effects all the other cogs in the wheel. In business, such delays can be costly. Mediation allows all parties to have a voice which can put things back in motion.
